I honestly don't know. I started mucking around, trying to figure out why my background went away. I put this lemon-y background in and I like it, but I'm still not done. I can't even figure out how to put my blog title back in along with the header photo. I don't know if it was me, or blogger.
That is supposed to be Aristotle. Long, long ago, husband and I had a gift store which also have garden decor. We sold a lot of concrete accent pieces. This was one of them.
I'm usually pretty lucky. I see other people posting that they can't put their pictures in, etc. and I don't have those problems. I guess it was my turn now.
Your blog entered straight into mobile view this morning which does not show side bars, widgets or header pictures. Change it to web view and all the usual things appear. You have changed your background template/colours I assume.
Yes, I started playing with it yesterday. I do know what you mean about mobile view and web view. I just really don't feel like getting right back into re-designing it, etc. as it has been a while since I've done that kind of fine tuning, so I'm leaving like this for now. Thanks for trying to help!
I'm so sorry, Jenn. You might check in with Linda of LifeandLinda.com under her blog tutorials tab on the menu bar. This might have happened before. I know she's helped people put their blogs back together when they have been lost. I do love your new photo and the gold look.
I was doing the same thing. My issue was it was taking FOREVER to download the photo I wanted. Maybe try again and give it a lot of time. I played around with my backgrounds and stuff earlier and honestly I just went back to what I was using before. It never took that long in the past to download a photo, but now all day. Glad things are always "improving."

ReplyDeleteI always get spam comments, and then mark them as spam and then delete them. Annoying.
